Through research, storytelling, facilitated conversation, and real application, participants examine how curiosity shapes communication, decision-making, adaptability, and the way they respond when the people they lead need something the policy didn't anticipate.

Leaders leave better equipped to recognize what their teams are actually communicating, ask sharper questions, challenge assumptions, and create environments where curiosity is safe to practice out loud.

Harmful dynamics don't always announce themselves. Manipulation, emotional domination, unchecked bias, and unhealthy power dynamics can hide behind performance, authority, loyalty, or simply “the way we've always done things.”

Toxic Influence gives leaders and teams language for recognizing the patterns shaping a culture before those patterns become normalized. Participants learn to name what they're actually seeing, examine how harmful influence takes hold, and build the awareness and relational skills needed to interrupt it.

The goal isn't to label people as toxic. It's to recognize toxic patterns early enough to choose something healthier.
