Founder & CEO
Dr. Justin D. Key founded Black Theorem Co. in 2020, building on his experience as a privately sourced consultant since 2017. Based in Los Angeles, Black Theorem is a progressive consulting firm specializing in leadership enhancement, mindset evolution, and fostering inclusive, innovative environments.
A keynote speaker, consultant, and creative multi-hyphenate, Justin brings nearly 20 years of experience across entertainment, corporate America, STEM, and higher education. His unique background in performing arts, mathematics, and business allows him to approach challenges with both creativity and precision, helping leaders navigate today’s complex global landscape.
Through Black Theorem, Justin has partnered with Fortune 500 corporations, global organizations, startups, and Hollywood creatives, guiding thousands of leaders worldwide to build inclusive cultures, expand worldviews, and embrace curiosity as a driver for innovation.
